From 2013 Three-year-old Groups attend one, 3.5 hour session per week.
Three-year-old kinder is perhaps a child’s first time away from the family unit. At Bundoora Pre-School we are sensitive to this and aim to make the transition from home to pre-school happy and reassuring for each child. It is important that all children feel safe, secure and cared for.
The program is run separately from the four-year-old program. It aims to cater for the individual differences of this stage of development and includes developmentally appropriate experiences and expectations. Experiences provided aim to meet each child’s needs and to stimulate learning in all areas: emotional, social, physical and intellectual. Through play, development in all of these areas is a natural result.
The BILBY group attends on Monday and the JOEY group attends on Friday.
